Light Structure
This old house is full of scrap wood. So we painted and screwed a bunch of scrap wood into our ceiling joists, which should really throw the next homeowners for a loop cuz it's never comin down. Then we used some light sockets attached to ropes to rig up a variety of lamp shades, paper lanterns, and repurposed wicker trash bins.
We don't have a tall ladder... so installation involved Kenton precariously balancing atop a chair, atop our desk, while Grandpa occasionally held the chair.
