Santa Lucia
The girls created these projects after learning about Santa Lucia and how she is celebrated in Scandinavia.
We practiced sketching different facial proportions, cut robes and candles, and created pastel backgrounds. They painted paper with green acrylic and and cut holly leaves from it for the frame. Then they each wrote a short poem.
