Western Adventure Scavenger Hunt
We really want the kids to care more about living life than collecting things. So we have been trying to figure out how to keep Christmas fun but more about experiences than presents. So this year their big Christmas presents came in the form of a scavenger hunt to find out the adventures we have in store for 2026.

The second big trip we secretly planned for the summer was a National Park tour across the Mighty 5 out west. So the kids found and solved clues around the house:
Then they each had one of the five National Parks in Utah to figure out (there was an accompanying photograph cut into pieces):
Once they solved the mystery, they also got "trip bucks" to redeem on the trip.
