Hand Sewn Felt Stockings
As our first Christmas together as a family of 7,
we decided to make our own stockings.

The kids all stitched their own (okay, we might have helped the baby) out of red felt and embroidery thread. Then we dissected some fuzzy socks to make the trim.
Next everyone made decorations by cutting stiff felt. We cheated and attached them with hot glue, since we'd exhausted our sewing energy.
